The storage systems provided by Amco aim to achieve the highest level of functionality, in order to meet the customers needs. Moreover, we are interested in having the shelving systems we supply work at maximum parameters and to last over time. Therefore our solutions are sustainable. Certainly, shelves will be exposed to shocks due to daily warehouse operations. Loading or unloading of goods, pallet transfer and other specific operations can lead to damage the shelves structure.

Shelf protectors – solutions for your system safety
In addition to the above prevention measures, we list those elements that are helpful in reinforcing your system.
Column protector
Amco`s production factory delivers a wide range of accessories. These protectors are attached on the outside of the column. Their role is to protect the system from being hit by the handling equipment. We pay extra attention to the columns located at the end of the row and for these points we use corner protectors.
Height protectors, applied on the column
There are cases where the exploitation of goods requires the application of protectors on the pillars, from 500 mm to 1500 mm. This type of protectors are made of sheet metal and plastic, depending on the situation.
End-to-end row protectors
This type of protectors are installed at the bottom of the row, on the outside of the columns. There are C-type profiles having the role of protecting the system in one of it`s most vulnerable points. End-to-end protectors are attached on the column protectors for greater efficiency. In some cases this profiles can be made of wood.
