Target Media International, a rapidly growing company, decided to relocate its operations to a larger space in the Stefanesti logistics park to meet increased demand. To support this development, AMCO Interdeal designed and implemented a fully customized storage solution tailored to the client’s new neeeds.

The project involved not only the design and installation of a new pallet racking system but also the relocation and adaptation of the client’s existing equipment. Our team of experts worked closely with Target Media International to ensure a smooth and efficient transition in storage operations.
The Implemented Solution
The new storage solution, designed to optimize space and improve operational efficiency, includes:
- An extended pallet racking system: We designed and installed a Pallet Rack system with transverse stiffening elements (top tie) to ensure a uniform distribution of loads and maximize storage capacity. These structural elements contribute to the overall stability of the system and prevent deformations.
- Dedicated storage areas: We organized the storage space into distinct zones, based on product type and processing frequency, to optimize goods flows.
- Multiple picking levels: We implemented multiple picking levels to facilitate quick access to the product and improve order picking time.
- Customized metal structures: We designed and manufactured custom metal structures, including sliding gates and perimeter fences, to ensure the safety and durability of the storage system.
